Recipe With Aloe Vera: Brain Boosting Bananacado Smoothie

Serves 1 smoothie

Bananas and avocados are excellent brain boosters and mood lifters. A great source of vitamin B6, bananas reduce fatigue and premenstrual symptoms. Avocados provide healthy fats, which raise serotonin levels and keep you happy. This is a great breakfast shake with which to start your busy day.


  • 1 large organic banana (frozen) Bananacado Smoothie Ingredient- Banana
  • 1/2 large ripe organic peeled avocado Bananacado Smoothie Ingredients: Avocado
  • 1/2 a lemon, juiced 
  • 1 tsp honey or other alternative (this may vary for sweetness)Bananacado Smoothie Ingredients: Honey & Lemon Juice 
  • 1 cup soy milk (you can use milk, almond milk or other equivalent)Bananacado Smoothie Ingredients: Soy Milk 
  • a couple of drops of vanilla essence
  • 30-60 ml of Curaloe ORGANIC Aloe Vera JuiceBananacado Smoothie Ingredients: Aloe Vera Juice



Blend all the ingredients until you have a smooth drink.
