Why can't I order products from my country?
We use different websites for different countries. Please refer to the correct website to order from your country.

How long does it take to ship an order?
Our standard shipping time in the major city centres is 2-3 working days.
Shipping can take 2-5 working days for orders during peak season and in outlying areas, depending on your area.
We strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible, but delays may occur on occasion if our shipment partners are under strain.

What are your shipping costs?
For orders above R550, you will receive free shipping.
The shipping fee for orders below R550 is R150.
Track & Trace information
After your order is shipped, you will receive an email from us with the tracking information.
Each shipment has a Track and Trace code, you can track your order with one of our shipment partners. If you have not received a shipment email from us or the order within the stated delivery time, we advise you to contact us.
This can be done via info@curaloe.com or our contact form. We will deal with your question as soon as possible.

We accept all major credit cards.
How can I return my order?
Send us an email at info@curaloe.com with your order number and we will make the necessary arrangements. Please note that a return fee will be charged, as we are environmentally conscious.
