Ingredients
- 1 cup roughly chopped spinach and kale packed tightly
- 1 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk
- 1 1/2 cups frozen mix of mango pineapple and kiwi chunks
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
- 1/2 lemon juiced
- 90ml of Curaloe ORGANIC Aloe Vera Juice
Instructions
Add the spinach and kale to a blender with the Almond Breeze and blend well.
Add the frozen fruit, ginger, lemon and aloe vera juice and blend until smooth. If the smoothie is too thick, add more almond milk 1 tablespoon at a time.

Flu Fighter Smoothie
Adapted from Coach
Many poets have shunned orange, the colour with no rhyme. Perhaps that’s why they’re often so pale and weak, because if you want to stay healthy through the winter, orange is the ideal colour for your drinks. Try this one from sports nutrition expert Scott Baptie (foodforfitness.co.uk) with your breakfast and you’ll breathe easily.
Serves 2 smoothies

- 2 carrots, peeled
- 1 orange, peeled
- 1 mango
- 125g probiotic Greek yogurt
