Nutritional Benefits of Ingredients:

Banana: is highly beneficial for skin nourishment. It contains potassium that helps hydrates and moisturises dry skin, making it supple and soft. Banana also consists of Vitamin A that restores moisture which eases roughness from the skin and helps in reducing dry, chapped skin.

Mango: provides healthy skin with an improved skin tone. Mangoes are full of antioxidants which are amazing property in keeping the skin nourished, prevents acne breakouts. It also promotes collagen creation that helps skin elasticity, a perfect catalyst for promoting wrinkle free skin.

Kefir: consists of properties like scrubbing, anti-inflammatory and cleansing, that helps in effectively managing acne related skin problems. Kefir helps maintain your skin pH that is essential in getting rid of skin toxins, reducing irritation and itchiness. Thinking of achieving a youthful glow and less stressed skin? Kefir is a go to ingredient for smoothie preparations.

Turmeric: thanks to its anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and antibacterial benefits of curcumin, turmeric can help soothe condition-prone skin. It can prevent loss of skin elasticity that occurs due to long term UV exposure. Its anti-oxidative power improves the function of the skin membrane cells, ideal to treat stretch marks. When consuming curcumin it helps to activate the beneficial properties upon absorption.
