Is this the same juice as the 1L, just smaller? Yes — same farm, same harvest cycle, same cold-press, same processing. Only the bottle size differs.

Can I take this on a plane? Domestic SA flights: yes. International: 500ml is over the 100ml hand-luggage limit, so it goes in checked baggage. See our travel-friendly aloe post.

How long does a bottle last? About 16 days at 30 ml/day, 8 days at 60 ml/day. Refrigerate after opening and use within 30 days.

Is it suitable for daily use? For healthy adults, yes — it's decolourised (aloin reduced) and formulated for daily drinking. Pregnant, breastfeeding or anyone on chronic medication should consult their healthcare provider first.
